NO Botox around area to be serviced.

one week before

AVOID sun tanning.

24 hours before

AVOID caffeine or alcohol consumption; each acts as a blood thinner, which can cause the skin to be hypersensitive and bleed/bruise more easily.

DO NOT USE blood thinning medications and/or supplements. This includes Aspirin, Vitamin B3, Advil (Ibuprofen) and fish oil/Omega 3.

PLEASE NOTE: Sensitivity may be heightened during your menstrual cycle.

There is 2 hour free street parking available on 25th and 26th Streets.

There is $5 all day parking available at Woof Gang Bakery on 24th and K.

Metered parking is also available on J Street at a higher rate. You can download the ParkMobile app to pay easily.

Our front glass door at 2523 stays locked. Please call us when you arrive and we will buzz you in.

Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will result in loss of your deposit AND a $200 rescheduling fee.

No exceptions.

We understand life happens, which is why we do not charge the standard 50% service fee for cancellations. We are unable to make ANY exceptions to our cancellation policy.
